These are the system requirements needed to successfully join webinars.

If you're looking for help actually joining a session, see the various ways you can join (these may vary depending on the organizers settings) as well as Join a webinar session. If you are running into some unexpected snags, see I can't join my session.

Fastpath: If you are using an up-to-date system, you will mostly likely be just fine and able to join without any issues (your system likely already meets or exceeds the below requirements). However, if you are using older devices or software, it really is important to take a few minutes and go through the relevant information below so you're not scrambling come go-time and can have a smooth, successful, stress-free experience.

How do I know which webinar type I'm joining?

The webinar confirmation email includes a link to the system requirements page. Depending on the webinar type, you'll be taken to the system check page for a Standard (formerly called "Classic") webinar, Webcast webinar, or Recorded (formerly called "Simulated Live") webinar. You can also reach out to the webinar organizer and ask what type of webinar they scheduled before reviewing the various system requirements below.
